申请Github OAuth App

Github设置找到Settings-Developer settings-OAuth Apps，点击New OAuth App进行申请。

点击Resgister application
进入刚刚申请的OAuth App的详情页，你可以找到你的Client ID。
通过Generate a new a client secret获取一个Client secrets
Client secrets只会显示一次（好像），注意保存。
